Bastille Day a la Todos Santos . . .

In honor of France's independence day and our French neighbors, a few of us gathered for Pastis and Bacchi Ball. Bastille day brings back fond memories of when I waited tables at Le Metro French Restaurant in Daly City, California. Between the chef, dishwasher and myself we would crank out about 4o-50 dinners on Bastille Day.
