The Art of Dessert at Tre Galline

Many thanks to Magda and Angelo of Tre Galline Restaurant. On July 6 they hosted a dessert tasting "The Art of Dessert" featuring a heavenly array of desserts typically served during the Venetian Carnival, including bite sized bignés, crostatas, panna cottas, biscottis, tiramiso, coffee semifreddo and chocolate pudding with amaretti to name a few. I felt like I was in a pastry shop in the countryside of Italy. Magda says to stop by for coffee, tea, or enjoy a cappuccino con vov, select your favorite dessert and stay a while . . . .
